Is my business already listed?
Maybe. Look for it on your town's page and choose "Claim it" instead of adding it again.
When does it go live?
We check every listing by hand, usually within a day. If we can't list it, you get a full refund.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, cancel or pause for the off-season from your business page. A cancelled plan keeps its free listing.
Can I get a refund?
New yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days, and so can a yearly renewal you meant to cancel. Monthly plans aren't refunded for part of a month, but you can pause them. Read the refund policy.
